I’ve been purchasing the Meliora Dishwashing Pucks for at least a year now, and I really love them. They suds up and clean well. I use different tools for cleaning different problems- bristle brush for most things, a copper or steel scour pad for the harder jobs, both with the soap. The only critique I’d have is that the “lemon” puck barely smells like lemon. I’m fine with this, as I usually get unscented things, but may be disappointing for others.
This dish soap does not get my dishes clean because it doesn't dissolve olive oil and other cooking oils. My dishes end up with a greasy film covering them. I have tried using a small amount, a larger amount, using a sponge or a brush. I have tried using no water, and a lot of water. I still have not had success and I can not use the product. We have a water softener, and the sink water tested at 30-50 ppm on a hardness scale, so I don't believe that water hardness is the issue. I requested an exchange or credit with the company, and they declined. I am not impressed with Meliora's response.
I does good until you get to greedy things. It has a hard time working and you have to wash multiple times
I first bought this item on a whim while picking up a meal at Pasture & Plenty. It worked well, so I went straight to Green Life to order my next one. I plan to keep using it because it's the perfect solution for what I need.
We use this in place of bottled dish soap and as hand soap. Foams a lot. Easy to hold onto. Love it.
