Lavender Essential Oil

Lavandin grosso essential oil is the perfect in diffusers, soaps, lotions, perfume blends, or room and linen sprays. Our organic lavandin grosso oil is a hybrid of true lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and spike lavender (Lavandula latifolia). It has a sweet yet dry floral aroma with sultry notes and camphoraceous undertone.

Before using topically, perform a small patch test on your inner forearm or back by applying a small quantity of diluted essential oil and apply a bandage. Wash the area if you experience any irritation. If no irritation occurs after 48 hours it is safe to use on your skin.

This oil may inhibit blood clotting and can cause skin sensitization. Never use essential oils undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.

Lavandin grosso is one of the highest oil producing lavenders, and typically contains 26-38% Linalyl acetate, 29-32% Linalool, 6-12% Camphor, and 5-10% 1,8-Cineole.

Store out of direct sunlight.
