All sale, holiday, bulk, oral care, menstrual, skin and haircare products are final sale barring manufacturer defects. To report a defective product email hello@greenlifetradingco.com with the order number in the subject line. To be eligible for a replacement please include a description and photos of the defective product. 

30 Day

Packaged goods are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the sale. Product and packaging must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please contact us hello@greenlifetradingco.com to inquire about returning or exchanging a product. Green Life Trading Company LLC is not responsible for the return shipment cost.
