Pot Brush

To compost bristles and handle first remove staples using a pliers. Place bristles directly into compost or cut into smaller pieces to hasten their breakdown. Break the handle into small pieces before putting in compost.

Recycle staples in an empty tin can and pinch the top closed to secure staples.

If you do not have access to compost throw your dish brush away knowing that while it might take longer to break down in a landfill it will eventually breakdown and the production of your dish brush did not contribute to the fossil fuel industry.
