Let’s Talk About Prices

Let’s Talk About Prices

Posted by Sasha Stone on

Refill stores, and Green Life in particular, sit in an unusual middle space when it comes to price point. If you view us as an eco-store, you’re probably already expecting higher prices because you know sustainable ingredients and fair wages just costs more.  If this describes you, you’re probably part of the customer base that is delighted at checkout, since our prices are lower than the average eco-brand. But if you come in looking for those generally low cost household goods, you might find yourself with some sticker shock when filling your old massive bottle of laundry detergent with our more concentrated liquid laundry detergent.

Over the last couple of years, as grocery bills have been creeping up, we’ve been working hard to bring our prices down without sacrificing Green Life values. So if you haven’t refilled in a while, you might find yourself happily surprised when it’s time to pay.

Tips for Refilling on a Budget

  • Ask our staff members about economy options.
  • Weigh as you go, no needs to fill your jar to the top, just get as much as you need.
  • Check how much product you actually need, many products are concentrated!
