Struggling to make the bar soap swap even though you know it's the more sustainable route? You are going to love this little bar of hand soap paste. At only 3.5 oz, this bar dissolves in water to make over a gallon of foaming liquid hand soap, that's only $.13 per ounce!

Determine the dilution ratio based on how bubbly you like your hand soap. A good starting dilution ratio is to cut the bar into 8 equal parts. Cut the bar in half long way, then cut the bar in half two times on the short side. That will give you 8 equal pieces.

Drop 1 of your 8 pieces into 2 cups (16 ounces) of water.

Let sit until dissolved

Give it a quick shake and you're ready to wash!

Unscented: Coconut oil, olive oil pomace, jojoba oil, almond oil, glycerin, aloe vera, rosemary oleoresin.

Use it up!

Toss the packaging in your Green Box or at home compost. For faster results, tear paper into smaller pieces.

foaming soap only! takes some experimentation

I had to mess around to get the concentration right but now that I have it, I love the soap.

I first tried it with a normal soap bottle and found that this was way too runny (the box says it works best as a foaming soap). you should just skip this and use a foaming dispenser!

IMO the recommended concentration is also too low. I settled on using twice the recommended amount (1/8 bar per 1 cup of water) to get a consistency that stays on your hands long enough to scrub them.

Good soap

It’s a nice plastic free-alternative product. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering.
